Between February 20 and 21, French Christophe Ogier and Slovenian Gašper Pintar made the fifth ascension of the "W" journey of the three Torres del Paine. They started from cabbage Bich climbing the Monzino in the North Tower, following the Bonington-Whillans in Central Tower, rapelling the Kearney-Knight, then climbing the Aste in the South Tower. They lived twice, in the long 14 Bonington (good terrace) and on a terrace on the east side of the cabbage at the foot of the north edge of the South Tower.

Sebastian Pelletti and Javier Reyes climbed a new route on the west face of the Colmillo Oeste. They reached the base via the Valle del Francés and the “gully of the irishmen”, which leads to the col between Aguja de los Quirquinchos and Colmillo Oeste, on the eastern edge of Glaciar de los Perros. This is one of the least visited areas of the park.
