We finished acclimatarci, we had fun as always and with awe I verified that, despite the 15 days spent at the sea before leaving, my physique in high altitude is fine. Question of allenento? Feeding? We have finished our acclimatization process, we had fun as always and with surprise I realised that, despite 15 days spent at the sea side before leaving, my body at high altitude is fine. Is it a matter of training? Diet? Aptitude? I have collected a lot of data and there is still a lot of work to do but soon I will share with you the experience I’ve gained over the past few years.
