A Wednesday Skyline Hike (and Bike)

My friends Sally and Ellen did a midweek Skyline hike and came across two bikers about 900 feet below Long Valley which is more than 7000 feet from the bottom.  This trail is so steep that it was crazy to try and bike it especially with snow and ice.

Snow Creek PCT trail Sunday Nov 13

Snowcreek direct climb
Our friend Ellen has planned on this 31 mile one day hike with 11,000 ft of elevation gain with a few of the hardcore greyhound regulars.  Snow should make it intesting.
