They came back in the 2017/18 season along with Giorgio Espen, Fagica Favé, and Rossana Tomasi, to attempt a line on the southeast face of La Mascara, opening fourteen lengths before the weather forced them to quit. Andrea and Antonio returned in late 2019, when they managed to open another five longs, reaching the north edge, about four longs from the summit. They tentatively called the line to finish ′′ A sogno in a sofio di vento ′′ (a dream in a wind blow). They left most rappels equipped with two sheets, leaving a twenteen of nails, so many sheets in the longs, and a few 6 mm rivets.
